At Printifyy.shop, we take pride in delivering high-quality customised printing products. Since all our products are made-to-order and personalised, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair while ensuring customer satisfaction.
1. No Return on Customised Products
As our products are customised and printed as per your design or request, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind after order confirmation.

Errors in the design, text, or images provided by the customer.

Minor variations in colour, print, or material due to screen and printing differences.
2. Eligible Refunds / Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

You receive a wrong product that does not match your order.

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
To claim a refund/replacement, you must:

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
3. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified, we will either arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After printing/processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
5. Shipping Costs

If your refund/replacement is approved due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
